SHIPPING
Please remember that each piece is hand done. Depending on my current work queue, turnaround time can be up to 3 weeks before shipping.
Without frame: Your painting will be shipped directly from the Sofia Lenore Watercolors office in a clear archival bag with a backing board.
With frame: Your finished painting will be shipped first to our partners at Framebridge for framing, and their process takes up to 10 days (especially around major gift giving holidays). Framebridge will then ship the finished product directly to you. Please feel free to reach out via email if you require your painting by a certain date!
RETURN POLICY
In the instance that a pre-made product is damaged during shipping or does not arrive, the client has 30 days to reach out to Sofia Lenore with details of the damage. Please reach out to sofialenorewatercolors@gmail.com within 48 hours of a packages arrival to discuss next steps.
